This is for all of you beaus out there that don’t know how to tie your own bow-tie. #1-Shame on you for not already knowing…and #2-I thought this might be a good way for you to visually see how it’s done. If you can't read b/c the font is too small on the image, just click on the picture and it'll get bigger. It’s time for horse races so you better hurry up and practice now. FYI-I’ve heard that practicing on your leg is a good way to start until you get it down pat. Happy Bow-tie-ing

LOVE this! i'm tempted to print it out and make it into a poster, too much?? hahah
ReplyDeleteLove a man in a bow tie.
ReplyDeleteWe were at an event at the Wardorf once and for some reason my husband just could not tie his tie correctly that night. He's been doing it for 20 plus years, but that night he just could not get the thing to sit straight!
After many attempts he sent me out to get a pre tied bow tie! Yuck.
Being a good wife I purchased the offensive article, and rushed back to our suite to find that he had finally managed it and was ready to go! Yeah!
This is a skill that every man needs to have. Great idea to post these directions
Hopefully the guys listen up for this one! My BF is a pro. xx

ReplyDeleteSundresses and Smiles- No, I don't think it's too much. I think it would make a lovely poster.
ReplyDeleteA Town and Country Life-Bless your husband's heart. I hate when that happens...one of my dates to a wedding had that same problem. I wonder if it has anything to do with the material of the bowtie though and not the actually tie-ing skils???
Let the Tide Pull Your Dreams Ashore-Haha, hopefully so...it's something every southern gentlemen should know how to do.
